Heart Full of Love

You know, yesterday was such a delightful day for me. I woke up, slowly… I made progress on a song I’ve been working on. By the time I got to work, about an hour late, I was having such a beautiful time.

Sometime during the day, I stood on a hill and I took in one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing. I could hear the birds chirp, the slight rustle of the leaves as the wind exhaled. I even saw two meerkats.

The peace I felt in that moment has carried over into this moment. What a beautiful thing this is… to tap into faith from a place of stillness. From here on, I don’t need to reach or hope. I just know that ALL is All-right-now.

I rode the bus back home from work… what a soft experience it was. Alone on the bus, my headphones letting in just enough of the rumbling sound of the engine. I look up and I see myself reflected on the window across (This should be a music video - please hold me to it). In that moment, I couldn’t help but see the beautiful soul in front of me. All I could feel was an unconditional embrace for the person that I am, and becoming.

The sun came up again today, and I remembered that I pledged to bring love, light, and connection to the people and spaces I am. The real challenge in that isn’t figuring out how I’ll keep my light and lights burning, but rather remembering to see everything and everyone in their perfection. To embrace them as I did myself on the bus last night.

I have a wonderful gift to share with you… The fact that you’re reading this only serves as a reminder that we really are connected. I truly believe that my work belongs to you. You, whose soul has called out, asking for these words to be written, you are the true owner of this moment.

That being said… I am ready to be seen by you and all of our brothers and sisters. I will work tirelessly and joyfully to get these works delivered to you.

For now, I love you.
